1. For making bird nest combine all ingredients in a bowl except seiwaiya.
2. Make patties out of the mixture and make a groove and give it a shape of a nest. Keep edges thick.
3. For coating mix the ingredients and form a thick paste for coating.
4. Now dip the potato patties in the coating mixture.
5. Now take sewaiyan and put potato pattice or our nest and coat well with sewaiyan from all sides and deep fry them till crisp and golden brown.
6. For making eggs take grated cheese and a bit of mashed potato and add ground black pepper and salt
7. Now give it a shape of egg and deep fry them(don't fry for long else it will turn brown)
8. Now take our deep-fried nest that we made put some chutney and place eggs on it
9. Your bird nest is ready to munch on.
