- 1 teaspoon galangal powder (kaempferia galanga)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- to taste Salt
