Instructions to make to make Bird nest

1. For the nest, boil the potatoes, and then mash them.
2. To the mashed potatoes, add green chilli paste, salt, black pepper powder, and add chopped coriander leaves, add corn flour.
3. Mash the potatoes and boiled green peas a bit, add salt, ginger and garlic paste, sugar, desiccated coconut, and lime juice and mix well.
4. Knead and then shape into small balls that resemble boiled bird's eggs.
5. Another variation of bird nest, to the mashed potatoes and boiled green peas, add salt, red chilli powder, ginger and garlic paste, sugar, desiccated coconut, and lime juice and mix well.
6. Take a portion of the potatoes, roll into balls. Make a small hole in the middle and add the potato filling inside and cover the stuffed potato balls. Seal well and make sure. Make it in oval shape.
7. In a small bowl, add corn flour, all purpose flour, and water to make to make a thick paste. This will be used as a coating for the nest.
8. Break vermicelli into shorter strands and keep aside.
9. For this, roll into a ball, then flatten it and finally make a small well in the center of each patty.
10. Now gently dip each potato nest in the flour liquid mix and then coat with the broken vermicelli.
11. Repeat the procedure until all the nests are coated in the same manner.
12. Heat oil in a thick and large pan. Once it's hot, gently add in the prepared nests and fry them first in high flame a bit and then fry them in low flame and fry the nest until it is golden brown.
