Mix it well with the rest. Add chopped crushed chilies. B - Season, taste and adjust accordingly. Turn of the heat. To serve, spoon few tablespoons of this over warm rice. Mix well. Top with chopped spring onions and crispy anchovies (or use either one). Serve.
