  1. Soak in hot water for 20 - 25 mins until soft

  15. Put bean sprouts at the bottom of a serving bowl
  16. Put cooked noodles on top of the bean sprouts

  18. Add broth in

  21. On a separate condiment saucer, dice chilli up and add fish sauce
