- Add the dried chillies to a non-stick pan over a medium heat for 3/4 minutes. Keep them moving to avoid catching, this will help release natural oils.
- Remove chillies & add them to boiling water & simmer for 15 mins. Once done remove pan from heat & let sit for 30 mins.
- Toast garlic cloves for 5 mins in a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Then add the dried seeds & continue to toast for 3/4 mins carefully not to burn.
- Drain & pat dry the chillies & add to a blender along with all the other ingredients. Blend to a paste.
