- 250 ml oil for frying the tofu
- 2 Tbsp vegetables oil
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

- 200 gr bean sprouts
- 50 gr chives, cut 4 cm
- 3 red chili peppers, take out the seeds, diagonally sliced
- 3-5 bird eye chilies, (optional)
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder or to taste
- 1/2 tsp mushroom bouillon
- 50 ml water

- Fry tofu until half cooked. Remove from the heat. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil over medium high heat. Sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.

- Add the tofu and chives. Season with salt, white pepper powder, and mushroom bouillon. Add water. Stir well.
