- Take a kitchen towel and rub it on chicken to make it dry. Wear gloves or plastic and start rubbing that spice paste on chicken. Drizzle oil to keep it moist and soft from inside.
- Leave it for 2-3 hours atleast or overnight.
- Whenever you want to cook, take a big pot. Put the whole chicken in it and steam it on low flame. Atleast for 35-40 mins.
- Pour oil in wok and put the whole chicken in the preheated oil. Fry at one side then turn over and fry it on another side. When it turns golden, dish out.
