- सबसे पहले एक बर्तन में आलू मेश कर लें और फिर प्याज, हरी मिर्च,पनीर और धनिया भी एड के दें इसके बाद नमक,लाल मिर्च, चाट मसाला और जीरा पाउडर भी एड कर दें और मिक्स कर लें
- अब अरारोट मिलाकर आलू के नेस्ट तैयार कर लें। जैसे चिड़िया के घोसलें होते हैं अब एक बर्तन में थोड़ा अरारोट और मैंदा का घोल बना लें इसमें स्वादानुसार नमक भी मिला दें अब घोसलें घोल में डिप करके फिर वर्मिशिली चिपका दें।
- जब सारे घोसलें रेडी हो जाए तब फ्रिज में 15 मिनट के लिए रख दें 15 मिनट बाद इन्हें फ्राई करें।
- अब करीब 100 ग्राम पनीर को मेश कर लें, नमक स्वदानुसार डालें और छोटे छोटे अंडे बना लें। जितने अंडे आपको घोसलें में रखने हैं
- अब एक कढ़ाई में ऑयल डाल कर गरम होने दे जब ऑयल गरम हो जाए तब इसमें घोसलें दोनों तरफ से हल्का गुलाबी होने तक धीमी आंच पर सेंक लें।
- जब सारे घोसलें फ्राई हो जाएं उसके बाद घोसलें में पुदीने या धनिया की पत्ती रखें और उसके बाद अंडे रख दें अब अपका बर्ड नेस्ट स्नैक्स (चिड़िया का घोसला) तैयार है। ये खाने में टेस्टी और क्रंची लगते हैं।
